London River Cruise & London Eye
An exciting day out in London starting with a river cruise on the river Thames and ending with a flight on the London Eye. Around mid-morning your coach will meet the boat at Greenwich where you will board for a trip to Westminster Pier. During the leisurely 1hr 15min cruise there will be a commentary giving you an interesting and detailed history of famous London landmarks. Light refreshments can be purchased on board during your trip.
After embarking at Westminster Pier, you will be guided to the London Eye, which can be seen from the pier side. The London Eye is the world’s highest observation wheel having 32 fully encased capsules.
Each flight (as it is called) takes 30 minutes, during which time you are raised
to a height of 450feet above the river Thames – giving you a unique perspective of London. On a clear day you can see for 25 miles and as far as Heathrow Airport and Windsor Castle.
